It’s no secret that many cats like to make themselves comfortable in a sunny window for a nice nap. It may strike people as a little strange, since it seems like it might be a bit like us sunbathing in a fur coat. It looks like it would be uncomfortably warm. Some believe that cats descended from ancestors who lived in desert areas, and were well adapted to the heat.
