In addition to being a very important ingredient in many recipes, vinegar has a whole host of uses you may not even know about. It’s a great replacement for chemical-based cleaning solutions, and can also be used to clean windows, to name just a couple of vinegar’s other lesser-known uses. Vinegar is known for it’s powerful antimicrobial properties – in other words, it can be used in place of kitchen cleaning solutions that contain potentially harmful chemicals, and probably cost more than vinegar as well. White vinegar is probably the best choice to use when cleaning, and can it be mixed with an equal amount of water to quickly mix up a batch of cleaning solution that will be better for the health of you and your family, better for the environment, and better for your pocketbook also.
