A lot of you might remember how the battery of the Samsung Note 7 was in the news for the wrong reasons. After that fiasco, it is said that Samsung has taken extra care about the battery of the Galaxy S8 specifically to make sure that the battery doesn’t catch fire.
The durability of the S8’s battery is said to be quite good. Even though the capacity of the battery hasn’t been increased, it is known to retain charge better so you don’t have to keep recharging it as frequently. The efficient processor and display of the S8 doesn’t use up a lot of battery power. Many people who have used S8 have reported that even after using the phone for an entire day, the battery still had around 30% of life left in it without the need to plug in the charger.
