This is a pretty shameless copy of the Egg McMuffin, but probably worth a try to see if you prefer the taste. The healthy details reveal that this breakfast sandwich contains 320 calories, 1 gram of fiber, 5 grams of saturated fat, 14 grams of protein, and 820 mg of sodium. A few more calories than the Egg McMuffin, but otherwise pretty comparable.
