It’s not unusual for people of all ages to get aches and pains in their bones from time to time which usually fade away almost immediately. It’s a good idea to have your D levels checked if you experience pain that sticks around for several weeks. Adequate levels of D also help muscles heal faster which can mean less pain after an injury or work-out.
