8. Relationship problems
OCD may drive someone to obsess about every tiny detail of a relationship and could involve romantic relationships as well as casual friendships. Perceiving that the tiniest gesture or insignificant comment is an indicator of a major problem with the relationship can easily lead to relationships that deteriorate when the obsessive behavior becomes more than the other person can endure. This variation of OCD can lead the sufferer to conclude that they are a bad person or are not worthy of having relationships.
