6. The Wrong Food
This may be the worst of them, since who imagines that eating a standard-issue muffin, cookie or slice of bread might make you look like a heroine addict? Ingesting the humble poppy seed, which can be found in various baked goods, and in the spice isle of your local grocery store, can indicate opiate use. Drug tests have advanced to the point where they are supposed to be able to tell the difference between someone who has eaten a poppy seed muffin and someone who has been mainlining heroin, but better safe than sorry.
