4. Protein shakes
The downside to these is if you don’t do any exercise, the protein can turn to fat. Be sure to take a protein shake immediately after exercise (unless you have kidney problems as too much protein can damage them). They’ll aid in muscle growth which in turn means a faster metabolic rate due to leaner muscle needing more energy. Protein shakes have shown to also be great to dampening down hunger cravings. They can now and again be great for small meal replacements, but be sure to have a full breakfast and a full main meal too.
