8. Setting Limits and not being able to stick to them
Another sign that you could be a binge drinker is that you’re aware of how quickly you can actually lose control (you make a promise that you’ll only take one shot, but end up drinking 4 more). When that happens, you will start to limit the amount of alcohol you take into your body, but because it’s becoming an issue, you won’t always be able to keep yourself from doing it. If that’s the case, stop those outings and plan something alcohol-free instead.
