3. Eating Healthy Fats

Speaking more on the topic of healthy fats, a lot of you guys may not know exactly where to look for, for these types of fats. Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats are a factor in this process. Olive oils, fish oils, butter, and raw nuts play their role well with healthy fats. You can add the oils, nuts, and/or butter to your meals.
