6. They know how to influence other individuals’ capabilities

While A and B students attempt to achieve it all themselves, the C students surround themselves with a plethora of skilled individuals who make up for their shortcomings. Same as Henry Ford, they aren’t reluctant to concede that they don’t have all the answers. On one event, Ford was being pressured for not being intellectual. In reply to a hostile barrage of questions, he pointed his finger at the scrutinizing attorney and answered:
“Allow me to refresh your memory that I have a line of electric push-buttons on my work area, and by pressing the right button, I can beckon to my aid individuals who have the answer to any inquiry I yearn to ask regarding the business to which I am dedicating the greater part of my endeavours. So, will you be kind enough to enlighten me on, why I ought to bother myself with general knowledge, with the end goal of having the capacity to answer questions, when there are individuals at my beck and call who can provide any information I need?”
