Ghosts, apparently, make their presence known by turning things like lights, electrical appliances and electronics, like T.V. and radios, on and off at will. Unnatural presence can trigger the creation of electro-magnetic fields that in turn may cause this phenomenon. Or simply this is their way of scaring, irritating or playing with us humans.
