Also known simply as Caltech, this university has earned its place on this list due to the numerous awards that staff and students alike receive every year. It is known for being one of only a few universities in the United States that is almost exclusively focused on technical arts and applied sciences. Caltech has produced 33 Nobel laureates so far and continues to do valuable research that benefits the world as a whole.
