7. Depression

There isn’t much difference, if any, between the depression of a regular person and the depression of someone who is suffering from bipolar disorder. They feel sad and hopeless for long periods of time. They withdraw from friends and family. They sometimes lose interest in activities they used to enjoy. Their appetite decreases. They suffer from severe fatigue and they lack energy. They often speak slowly during this period. They have problems remembering things, concentrating. They struggle to make decisions.
