8. Olestra / Olean
Olestra / Olean is calorie and cholesterol free substitute for fat and is used in supposedly fat-free snacks. There have been several reports in which it has caused problems with the intestines in which the intestines have had a negative reaction to this face fat. These problems consist of cramps, diarrhoea, or leaky bowels. This is because of how it interferes with how our bodies absorb fat-soluble vitamins including A, D, E and K.
