Parkinson’s Disease results in the destruction of neurons in the brain that produce dopamine. This time, it is more clear that it’s the caffeine that is responsible for the reduction in risk of between 32 and 60 percent. People who drank decaffeinated coffee did not experience the same reduction in risk.
