2. Become Less “Brain Dead”

We don’t literally mean brain dead, but what we do mean is that, since all your attention is going on checking, posting and tagging on Facebook, you’re not using your brain to even its tiniest potential. When having a Facebook account, you’re literally brushing every other aspect of your life off, with maybe only short glances at reality every once in a while. Even when out and about in public, or with your friends, you will still be glued to your phone, checking Facebook! Doing all these things is removing yourself from the experiences that life has to offer, so stop, take a look at the scenery around you, the architecture, the people, look how amazing it all looks through your eyes, rather than through your phone.
Life is short, live it in real time, not via Facebook.
