A joint study between Cornell and Wisconsin University shows conclusive evidence that suggests going on Facebook makes you feel bad about who you are. Reasons include, but aren’t limited to, no one likes your posts, no one adding you as a friend, no one messaging you or even no one commenting on “how good looking you are” in your latest selfie upload. Another big issue surrounding Facebook, you’re always comparing yourself to how “happy” other people appear on their profiles. Logging on and doing this day in day out is a sure fire way to make yourself feel as low as possible.
